Key responsibilities include: 1. Supporting the design, execution and post‑mortem evaluation of marketing and customer‑engagement campaigns by analysing performance metrics. 2. Gathering, cleaning and integrating data from multiple sources such as CRM systems, digital platforms and third‑party tools. 3. Building and maintaining interactive dashboards and periodic reports using Excel, Power BI, Looker or similar visualisation tools. 4. Translating raw campaign data into actionable insights, highlighting optimisation opportunities and recommending strategic improvements. 5. Technical exposure may include GCP BigQuery, Python for data manipulation, SQL for querying, and visualisation platforms such as Power BI or Looker. While prior experience is not mandatory, a solid academic foundation in quantitative subjects and a curiosity for data are essential.
