As a Data Analyst in the Branch and Retail Banking division, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives data‑led decisions for marketing, customer engagement and product development. In this role, you will support the design, execution and evaluation of marketing and customer‑engagement campaigns. You will gather data from CRM, digital platforms and other sources, cleanse and prepare it for analysis, and build dashboards that visualise campaign performance. By translating raw data into actionable insights, you will help marketing, product and business teams optimise their strategies and improve ROI. The position is an apprenticeship of one year, after which a Certificate of Proficiency is awarded by the Government of India. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and execute campaign analytics frameworks to measure success metrics. 2. Collect, clean and integrate data from multiple sources such as CRM, web analytics and internal databases. 3. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Looker or similar tools. 4. Generate regular performance reports highlighting response rates, conversion trends and cost efficiencies. 5. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise future campaigns. 6. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and business stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver tailored analytics solutions. 7. Document analytics processes, methodologies and findings for knowledge sharing. 8. Stay updated with emerging analytics techniques, tools and industry best practices. 9. Participate in continuous learning initiatives and internal training programmes. 10. Support ad‑hoc data requests and exploratory analysis as needed. Tech Stack: Excel, Power BI, Looker, Google Cloud BigQuery, Python (basic), SQL, GCP.
