Refund Policy

✅ Jobdexo is Free for Job Seekers

Jobdexo does not charge job seekers any fee to browse or apply for jobs. If you have been charged any amount by someone claiming to be Jobdexo for job application purposes, please report it immediately — it is fraudulent.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to any monetary transactions that may occur on or through the Jobdexo platform, including but not limited to:

  • Creator revenue share payouts.
  • Future premium features such as featured job listings (if introduced).
  • Any advertising or partnership payments.

2. Creator Revenue Share — Non-Refundable

Revenue share payments made to creators are based on verified pageview data from our tracking system and Google Analytics. These payouts are non-refundable once processed.

However, Jobdexo reserves the right to:

  • Withhold or reverse payments if fraudulent traffic is detected after the payout date.
  • Adjust future earnings to account for any overpayments caused by tracking errors.
  • Deduct amounts from future payouts if Google AdSense adjusts earnings due to invalid traffic.

3. Minimum Payout Threshold

Creator earnings below the minimum payout threshold (as communicated in the creator dashboard) will be carried forward to the following month. No refund is applicable for balances below the threshold — they accumulate until the threshold is met.

4. Disputed Earnings

If a creator believes their earnings have been incorrectly calculated, they must raise a dispute within 15 days of the monthly revenue report being published in their dashboard.

To raise a dispute:

  • Email us at with the subject line "Earnings Dispute — [Your Creator ID]".
  • Include your Creator ID, the month in question, your tracked views, and the discrepancy amount.

We will review the dispute within 7 business days and respond with our findings. Our decision will be final.

5. Premium Features (Future)

If Jobdexo introduces paid features in the future (such as featured listings or premium subscriptions), the following refund terms will apply:

  • Featured Listings: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment, before the listing goes live. No refund after the listing is published.
  • Subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the first charge. No refund for subsequent renewal charges.

Specific refund terms for each paid feature will be communicated clearly at the point of purchase.

  • Include: Transaction details, amount, date, and reason for refund.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
