These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Jobdexo (jobdexo.com), - By accessing or using Jobdexo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting jobdexo.com, registering as a creator, or submitting any content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Use of the Platform
You agree to use Jobdexo only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings.
- Attempt to manipulate traffic, views, or revenue tracking systems.
- Use automated bots or scrapers to extract data without permission.
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or the admin team.
- Upload content that infringes on any intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
3. Creator Terms
If you register as a creator on Jobdexo, you additionally agree to:
- Submit only accurate, verified job information sourced from official company channels.
- Write original descriptions of a minimum 300 words per job post.
- Not submit the same job posting more than once.
- Not artificially inflate your traffic or view counts through bots, VPNs, or click farms.
- Share only your own assigned tracking links — never manipulate or share other creators' links.
- Accept that all posts are subject to admin approval and may be rejected or removed at any time.
- Accept the revenue share model as the sole form of compensation — no fixed payments, guaranteed minimums, or upfront fees are offered or promised.
4. Revenue Share Policy
Creator earnings are calculated based on a revenue share model as follows:
- Total monthly AdSense revenue ÷ total site pageviews = revenue per pageview.
- Creator earnings = their logged pageviews × revenue per pageview × creator share rate (visible in your dashboard after login).
- Payouts are processed monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold.
- Jobdexo reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent traffic is detected.
- Revenue calculations are based on Jobdexo's internal tracking and Google Analytics data.
Important: AdSense revenue is variable and depends on advertiser demand, traffic quality, and site performance. Jobdexo does not guarantee any minimum earnings. Your exact share rate is communicated privately upon creator approval.
5. Job Listings Disclaimer
Jobdexo is a job aggregation and index platform. We:
- Do not represent any company or act as a recruitment agency.
- Do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of any listed job.
- Do not charge any fee from job seekers.
- Recommend all users verify job details on the official company website before applying.
If you encounter a fraudulent listing, please report it immediately via our Contact page.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on Jobdexo — including the logo, design, code, and original written content — is the property of Jobdexo. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
Job descriptions submitted by creators remain the responsibility of the creator. By submitting content, you grant Jobdexo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform.
7. Termination
Jobdexo reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any creator account if:
- Fraudulent or fake job listings are repeatedly submitted.
- Traffic manipulation is detected.
- These Terms are violated in any way.
Upon termination, any pending earnings may be forfeited if violations are confirmed.
8. Limitation of Liability
Jobdexo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Any loss or damage resulting from use of job listings on our platform.
- Loss of earnings by creators due to AdSense policy changes or account issues.
- Website downtime, data loss, or technical errors.
- Actions taken by third-party companies linked from our job listings.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
10. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of Jobdexo after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when changes were last made.
