Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the design, execution and evaluation of marketing and customer‑engagement campaigns by analysing performance data.
2. Gather and prepare data from CRM, digital platforms and internal systems for robust analysis.
3. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI or Looker.
4. Translate campaign metrics into actionable insights and recommend optimisation strategies.
5. Collaborate closely with marketing, product and business teams to align analytics with campaign objectives.
6. Document analytics processes, methodologies and findings for knowledge sharing.
7. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and flag anomalies or emerging trends.
8. Stay updated on emerging analytics techniques, tools and industry best practices.
9. Participate in continuous learning programmes and internal training sessions.
10. Assist in ad‑hoc data requests and support senior analysts on complex projects.
Tech Stack: Excel, Power BI, Looker, SQL, basic Python, GCP BigQuery (exposure), optional Tableau.
