As an Analyst – Functional Transformation, you will work on designing, building, and maintaining Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS), and Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS) solutions for Deloitte’s global clients. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable analytical models, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and actionable insights for finance leaders. Key responsibilities include: 1. Designing and configuring Hyperion Planning, Essbase, PBCS, EPBCS, and PCMCS applications based on client specifications. 2. Gathering functional and technical requirements, creating detailed documentation, and defining project scope. 3. Managing end‑to‑end project lifecycle – from requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, to hyper‑care support. 4. Developing data models, financial reports, dashboards, and variance analysis tools. 5. Conducting unit, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality. 6. Identifying and mitigating project risks, escalating issues promptly to senior leads. 7. Collaborating with on‑shore and off‑shore teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to resolve integration challenges. 8.
