As an Analyst, you will design, develop, and implement Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions that support budgeting, planning, forecasting, and profitability analysis for large enterprises. You will work closely with client finance teams, technology specialists, and senior consultants to translate business requirements into robust, scalable cloud applications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and build Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, PBCS, EPBCS, and PCMCS solutions tailored to client needs. 2. Gather functional and technical requirements, create detailed design documents, and define project deliverables. 3. Develop custom cubes, business rules, forms, dashboards, and data integration scripts. 4. Manage user provisioning, security configurations, and shared services administration. 5. Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support user acceptance testing. 6. Provide post‑implementation support (Hypercare) and troubleshoot issues promptly. 7. Collaborate with on‑site client teams and Deloitte delivery leads to ensure alignment and mitigate risks. 8. Prepare technical documentation, training material, and knowledge‑transfer sessions for end‑users. 9. Identify opportunities for performance optimization, automation (EPM Automate), and solution enhancements. 10. Stay updated with the latest Oracle EPM cloud releases and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
