The Business Operations Analyst – Processor role sits within the Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team, which partners with headquarters, regional sales units and external channel partners to ensure smooth end‑to‑end business processes. As a fresher, you will be mentored by senior analysts and will get hands‑on experience in partner onboarding, SKU management, incentive claims, and financial reporting for Qualcomm’s Compute GTM Channel Operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage partner account onboarding – collect, verify and maintain partner data, coordinate with internal stakeholders and ensure timely activation. 2. Oversee product SKU and partner offering management – update SKU catalogs, resolve discrepancies and keep product information current. 3. Process Market Development Fund (MDF) claims – review submissions, validate compliance, and support fund allocation. 4. Handle Global Channel Incentive (GCI) claims – assess documentation, track claim status and reconcile financials. 5. Assist in budgeting and financial operations – monitor marketing budgets, support fund requests, and aid invoicing. 6. Serve as primary liaison for external partners and internal sales teams – facilitate communication, resolve operational issues and participate in business reviews. 7. Generate and maintain business reports – prepare dashboards, track KPIs and ensure data accuracy. 8. Contribute to continuous improvement – identify bottlenecks, suggest automation using AI tools and support process standardisation.
