Screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and providing constructive feedback. 7. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerBI, or similar tools. 8. Updating ATS (Lever) data accurately and maintaining candidate pipelines. 9. Assisting the senior TA team with market research and talent mapping. 10. Contributing ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Tech stack: The role primarily uses ATS tools such as Lever, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau. Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) is essential.
