Key responsibilities include: 1. Collaborating with hiring managers, candidates, and alumni to ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process. 2. Scheduling and coordinating both virtual and on‑site interviews, guaranteeing a positive candidate experience. 3. Managing end‑to‑end interview logistics, from invitation to feedback collection. 4. Organizing virtual interview drives and campus recruitment events. 5. Creating and posting job advertisements on internal and external platforms. 6. Screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and providing constructive feedback. 7. Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports and dashboards using Excel, PowerBI, or similar tools. 8. Updating ATS (Lever) data accurately and maintaining candidate pipelines. 9. Assisting the senior TA team with market research and talent mapping. 10. Contributing ideas to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Tech stack: The role primarily uses ATS tools such as Lever, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace, and basic data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau. Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) is essential. Growth path: Successful trainees can progress to Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and eventually HR Business Partner or Talent Acquisition Lead, with opportunities to specialize in employer branding, campus hiring, or data‑driven talent analytics.
