Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria. 4. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. 5. Manage virtual interview drives and events, including logistics and technical support. 6. Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and update status regularly. 7. Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for leadership review. 8. Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers. 9. Assist in onboarding activities for new hires. 10.
