Working closely with senior recruiters, the trainee will get hands‑on exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and data‑driven reporting. Collaborate with hiring managers and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand role requirements and ensure a smooth candidate journey. 2. Schedule and coordinate virtual and on‑site interviews, maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. 3. Manage end‑to‑end interview processes, including interview panels, feedback collection, and offer communication. 4. Organise and execute virtual interview drives and recruitment events. 5. Create and post job advertisements on internal and external portals. 6. Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting candidates based on defined criteria. 7. Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the process. 8. Prepare and maintain recruitment dashboards, weekly reports and KPI trackers. 9. Update ATS and other recruitment tools with accurate candidate data. 10. Assist the senior TA team in market research, employer branding initiatives and process improvement. Tech Stack & Tools: The team primarily uses Lever (ATS), Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets for analytics, and collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom. Familiarity with basic data visualisation (Google Data Studio) is a plus. Growth Path: Successful trainees can progress to Recruiter, Senior Recruiter and eventually Talent Acquisition Lead roles, with opportunities to specialise in campus hiring, tech hiring or employer branding.
