The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) program is an entry‑level opportunity designed for recent graduates who have a solid foundation in computer science, information technology or electronics and communication engineering. As a GET, you will join the Backend – Manual Testing stream, working on Wipro’s proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) system. The role blends system configuration, test case creation, execution, and defect resolution, providing a holistic view of the software delivery lifecycle in a real‑world, client‑facing environment. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Review client requirement documents and translate them into detailed test plans and test cases. 2. Configure tables, parameters and business rules in the TBA system using proprietary tools. 3. Prepare test data, execute functional and regression test cycles, and log defects. 4. Perform stress testing to validate system performance under load. 5. Collaborate with senior analysts and developers to clarify ambiguities and resolve issues. 6. Document configuration changes and test outcomes in accordance with project standards. 7. Escalate critical defects and provide timely updates to project managers. 8. Contribute to continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements to testing processes. 9. Participate in daily stand‑ups and status reporting using collaboration tools (Mail, Teams, Lync). 10.
