As a Tax Consultant II, you will work on contract lifecycle management (CLM) projects that blend tax, legal and technology expertise. You will partner with senior consultants and client stakeholders to design, configure and implement Sirion Labs’ CLM platform, ensuring that solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable efficiency gains. Key Responsibilities: 1. Engage with client project teams to gather requirements, map existing processes and design end‑to‑end CLM solutions. 2. Configure Sirion platform modules, develop test scripts, conduct functional testing and support go‑live deployments. 3. Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to translate business needs into technical specifications. 4. Develop automation scripts and integrate Sirion with ERP, procurement and document‑extraction tools. 5. Provide training, user support and change‑management guidance to client teams post‑implementation. 6. Assist project managers in creating work plans, tracking budgets, preparing status reports and managing timelines. 7. Contribute to the development of reusable assets such as playbooks, templates and best‑practice guides. 8. Participate in business development activities, including proposal writing and solution demos. 9. Mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions within the LBS practice. 10. Stay updated on emerging AI capabilities within CLM platforms and recommend value‑adding enhancements. Tech Stack: Sirion Labs CLM, Icertis, DocuSign, Conga, Agiloft, Alteryx for data wrangling, Power BI/Tableau for analytics, SQL, Python scripting for automation, REST APIs for system integration, and AI modules for contract analytics.
