You will work closely with the Sales Operations and Customer Success teams to ensure that every account and contact record in Salesforce and connected platforms is accurate, up‑to‑date, and enriched with the right firmographic details. Your investigative mindset will help the organization spot patterns, resolve data anomalies, and feed automation engines that keep the CRM ecosystem healthy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and resolve duplicate, outdated, or conflicting records in Salesforce and allied systems. 2. Research and verify company information – legal names, parent‑subsidiary relationships, locations, industries, domains, and other firmographic attributes. 3. Build and maintain hierarchical account structures reflecting mergers, acquisitions, re‑brands and regional entities. 4. Use a blend of sources – company websites, public filings, business databases and third‑party providers – to enrich missing data points. 5. Follow and continuously improve data standards, naming conventions and research guidelines. 6. Contribute to workflow automation projects using Syncari, Slack and AI tools such as ChatGPT. 7. Share insights on recurring data problems to shape automation requirements and edge‑case handling. 8. Test automated workflows, validate output accuracy and report any issues. 9. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders. 10. Stay updated on industry best practices for data governance and CRM hygiene. Tech Stack & Tools: Salesforce, Syncari, Slack, Microsoft Excel, SQL basics, Python (for scripting), AI assistants (ChatGPT), data enrichment platforms (ZoomInfo, Clearbit) and standard office productivity suites. Growth Path: Starting as an Associate, you can progress to Data Operations Specialist, CRM Data Manager, and eventually lead a Data Governance team.
