The Finance Analyst role sits within the Collaboration Finance team, specifically supporting the Collaboration Devices business. The team works closely with product, sales and operations groups to provide data‑driven insights that shape strategy and drive profitability. As a Finance Analyst, you will blend traditional financial analysis with cutting‑edge AI tools to streamline reporting, forecast performance and uncover growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform deep‑dive financial data analysis to deliver accurate, timely insights for leadership decision‑making. 2. Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including data validation, variance analysis and trend identification. 3. Monitor booking margins, discount structures and profitability trends, recommending actions to sustain growth. 4. Extract, integrate and analyze large datasets using SQL and Python, ensuring data integrity. 5. Translate business requirements into robust reporting solutions, calculation logic and data models. 6. Design, build, test and deploy AI/ML models that automate routine finance tasks and enhance forecasting accuracy. 7. Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and executive reports using Microsoft Power BI, Excel and AI‑enabled visualization tools. 8. Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to communicate financial insights in a clear, compelling manner. 9. Stay updated on emerging AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and evaluate their applicability to finance processes. 10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that drive efficiency across the finance function.
