The Business Operations Analyst – Processor role sits within the Global Business and Finance Support (GBFS) team, which acts as the analytical backbone for Qualcomm’s sales and finance functions worldwide. The analyst will focus on Company and Customer Master Data, ensuring that critical information in Salesforce, Oracle and internal CRM systems is accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with global standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform daily and weekly master‑data management activities, including validation, activation/inactivation, and system updates for company and customer records. 2. Generate, distribute and maintain Salesforce reports and CRM dashboards for sales and finance stakeholders. 3. Track and audit dormant accounts, ensuring correct parent‑account and tier mappings. 4. Update billing and shipping details in QCT/Corp Oracle databases with high accuracy. 5. Coordinate with HQ and regional teams for transition calls, process documentation, and periodic reviews. 6. Participate in evening calls (8 PM‑11 PM IST) and shift work as required for global alignment. 7. Conduct ad‑hoc business and sales‑operations analyses to support strategic initiatives. 8. Maintain detailed logs of data changes and produce weekly status reports for senior management. 9. Assist in continuous improvement of data governance processes and suggest automation opportunities. 10. Support audit and compliance activities related to master‑data integrity.
