Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using advanced Excel functions. 2. Generate Agent Performance Reports, Schedule Adherence Reports, and Roster Management Reports. 3. Build and maintain pivot‑table based dashboards for real‑time performance monitoring. 4. Conduct data analysis to spot trends, root‑cause issues, and recommend process improvements. 5. Coordinate with operations, workforce, and client teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. 6. Automate repetitive reporting tasks through macros, VBA, or Power Query to improve efficiency. 7. Maintain a repository of standard operating procedures for MIS reporting. 8.
