Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop, test and maintain micro‑service based applications using Java, Python or Go. 2. Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. 3. Write clean, reusable code and follow best practices for version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. 4. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including product, UX, QA and DevOps to deliver end‑to‑end features. 5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. 6. Analyse performance metrics and optimise applications for scalability and reliability. 7. Document technical designs, APIs and user guides for internal stakeholders. 8. Stay updated with emerging technologies such as cloud services (AWS/Azure), containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) and machine‑learning frameworks. 9. Contribute to innovation initiatives and hackathons to prototype new ideas. 10. Participate in regular learning sessions, certifications and mentorship programmes. Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Python, React, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure, Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence. Growth Path: Graduates start as Associate Software Engineers, progress to Software Engineer, Senior Engineer and can move into specialist roles (e.g., Cloud Architect, AI Engineer) or leadership tracks such as Tech Lead or Engineering Manager.
