The Financial Plan & Analysis (FP&A) New Associate role sits within the Finance Operations vertical and is designed for fresh graduates eager to dive into corporate finance. As an FP&A associate, you will support the finance team by gathering operational data, preparing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and reconciling transactions. Your analyses will feed into strategic decision‑making, helping business leaders understand financial health, spot trends, and evaluate scenarios. Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect and validate operational data from various business units for financial reporting.
