As a Technical & Trade Apprentice at IOCL, you will embark on a structured apprenticeship program designed to blend classroom learning with on‑the‑job training. **Key Responsibilities**
1. Assist senior technicians in routine maintenance and repair of plant equipment.
2. Participate in the installation, calibration, and testing of instrumentation and control systems.
3. Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with ISO and OSHA standards.
4. Support the preparation of technical documentation, work orders, and maintenance logs.
5. Help in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults under supervision.
6. Participate in shift handover meetings and report operational observations.
7. Contribute to minor project tasks such as pipe fitting, welding, and fabrication.
8. Attend on‑site training sessions and safety drills regularly.
9. Assist in inventory management of spare parts and consumables.
10. Provide assistance during plant shutdowns and turnaround activities.
**Tech Stack & Tools**: Basic knowledge of PLCs, SCADA, AutoCAD, MS Office, hand tools, welding equipment, and safety gear.
