5. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve defects reported by QA or production support teams.
6. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams – business analysts, QA, UI/UX designers – to ensure seamless delivery.
7. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospective meetings.
8. Keep abreast of emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing solutions.
9. Contribute to knowledge‑sharing sessions and internal tech forums.
10. Maintain performance metrics and ensure applications meet SLA targets.
Tech stack exposure typically includes Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Angular/React for front‑end, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
