The Specialist role is a core operational position responsible for end‑to‑end validation of merchant files. The specialist ensures that every merchant onboarding request complies with internal SOPs and regulatory guidelines, while maintaining high accuracy and speed. This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who are detail‑oriented, comfortable handling confidential data, and can work in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform thorough validation of merchant files, checking for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards. 2. Calculate and monitor Average Handling Time (AHT) to ensure timely processing of each case. 3. Achieve and maintain high Quality Score by adhering to SOPs and minimizing validation errors. 4. Track Compliance Score and implement corrective actions when deviations are identified. 5. Follow the assigned roster and shift schedule, ensuring 6‑day work weeks with rotational offs. 6. Manage sensitive and confidential merchant data with utmost discretion. 7. Review multilingual documents (English mandatory; Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam preferred) to verify information. 8. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Compliance, Product, and Engineering to resolve complex validation issues. 9. Generate daily and weekly reports on validation metrics for management review. 10. Continuously suggest process improvements to reduce AHT and enhance quality. Tech Stack & Tools: Primarily MS Office (Excel, Word), internal validation platforms, basic data entry tools, and multilingual document handling utilities. Familiarity with compliance software and basic SQL for data extraction is a plus. Growth Path: High performers can progress to Senior Specialist, Team Lead, or Operations Manager roles, with opportunities to transition into compliance analysis, product operations, or data analytics tracks.
