In the role of Process Associate – Record to Report (R2R), you will be the backbone of the finance delivery engine. You will record and post financial transactions for multiple business units, reconcile accounts, and generate accurate financial reports that drive decision‑making for global clients. The position requires flexibility to work in shifts, a strong grounding in general accounting principles and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet service level agreements. Key responsibilities include: 1. Coordinate end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report activities for assigned business units; 2. Post journal entries, inter‑company transactions and fixed‑asset movements in the ERP system; 3. Perform month‑end and quarter‑end reconciliations ensuring data integrity; 4. Identify potential discrepancies, raise alerts and suggest corrective actions; 5. Adhere to defined SLAs and timelines while maintaining high data quality; 6. Respond to internal and client queries promptly and provide follow‑up support; 7. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports; 8. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and automation pilots; 9. Maintain documentation of accounting procedures and controls; 10. Collaborate with senior accountants and auditors during external audits. Tech stack: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), ERP platforms such as SAP FI/CO or Oracle Financials, basic knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath/Automation Anywhere) and familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI).
