3. Responding to ad‑hoc requests and general queries from EAs promptly.
4. Managing tickets through the ESS Service Portal (ServiceNow) following best practices.
5. Filing all deliverables and correspondence in designated Microsoft Teams folders per Quality Assurance policies.
6. Ensuring compliance with Deloitte UK Travel & Expenses policy.
7. Updating service documentation, SOPs, process maps, and SIPOCs as needed.
