Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end Alteryx workflows for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). 2. Build interactive visualisations and scorecards in Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense or QlikView that meet stakeholder requirements. 3. Apply Deloitte’s development framework, standards and governance to ensure data integrity and consistency across all artefacts. 4. Conduct internal testing, user‑acceptance testing (UAT) and documentation of dashboards and workflows. 5. Analyse existing best‑practice templates, propose enhancements, and drive adoption of cutting‑edge visual analytics techniques. 6. Provide recommendations for process optimisation, data‑quality improvement and standardisation across projects. 7. Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning and retrospectives to deliver solutions within tight timelines. 8. Mentor junior team members on data‑wrangling, visual design principles and dashboard storytelling. 9. Stay updated with emerging analytics technologies (e.g., R, Python, machine‑learning libraries) and suggest pilot projects. 10. Liaise with business stakeholders to understand complex problems and translate them into analytical solutions. Tech stack: Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense/QlikView, Excel (advanced functions), R/Python (basic), SQL, Agile tools (Jira/Confluence). Growth path: Analysts typically progress to Senior Analyst, Consultant, Manager and eventually Senior Manager/Director, with opportunities to specialise in data‑science, AI/ML, or industry‑specific analytics.
