Your primary focus will be to understand the competitive landscape, especially emerging AI/ML trends, and translate customer requirements into actionable product enhancements. You will collaborate closely with UX designers to visualise new features, write user stories in JIRA, and work with developers and QA to ensure flawless delivery. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for new projects ranging from small configuration changes to large implementation initiatives, and drive them through the agile sprint cycle. Key responsibilities include: 1. Conducting market and competitive research to uncover gaps and opportunities. 2. Gathering and analysing customer requirements and translating them into product enhancements. 3. Writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA. 4. Coordinating with developers, QA, and UX designers to clarify requirements. 5. Participating in agile sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. 6. Managing expectations with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. 7. Identifying and proposing new engagement opportunities (small, mid‑size, large). 8. Providing platform expertise to customers and implementation partners. 9. Facilitating workshops and presentations for clients. 10. Tracking project progress and ensuring timely delivery. Tech stack and domain knowledge: While the role is primarily analytical, familiarity with e‑commerce, supply chain management, order management, and cloud SaaS platforms is highly valued. Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience with product development companies will give you an edge. Growth path: Starting as a Business Analyst, you can progress to Senior Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Solution Architect roles.
