The role of CyberArk Operations Support Analyst falls under EY’s Global Managed Services (GMS) – Privileged Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. As an entry‑level analyst, you will be the first line of defense in managing EY’s privileged access management platform, ensuring that critical accounts are secured, monitored and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. You will work closely with senior cybersecurity engineers, auditors and business users, gaining hands‑on experience with a market‑leading PAM solution while developing a solid foundation in cybersecurity operations. Key responsibilities include: 1. Administer and maintain the CyberArk PAM environment – create and manage safes, platforms, and policies. 2. Monitor system health, performance metrics and alerts; respond promptly to incidents. 3. Provide first‑level support for password check‑outs, session recordings, and privileged account onboarding. 4. Assist in onboarding new privileged accounts, ensuring adherence to security standards. 5. Collaborate with the broader cybersecurity team to apply patches, upgrades and configuration changes. 6. Document standard operating procedures, system configurations and incident reports. 7. Support internal and external audit activities by supplying required evidence and documentation. 8. Conduct user training and awareness sessions on CyberArk best practices. 9. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, patch management and system health checks. 10. Stay updated with the latest CyberArk features, industry trends and security best practices. The technical stack revolves around CyberArk Privileged Access Security, Windows Server, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, LDAP, and basic scripting for automation.
