**Role Summary**
The HR Executive will be the frontline of Coursiva’s recruitment engine. You will manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, from posting vacancies on multiple job portals to onboarding new hires. **Key Responsibilities**
1. Post and manage job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Unstop, Indeed, and other platforms.
2. Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and maintain a structured candidate tracking system.
3. Conduct initial HR screening calls, answer candidate queries, and ensure timely follow‑ups.
4. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, stakeholders, and external interview panels.
5. Maintain recruitment databases, generate hiring reports, and update CRM tools.
6. Liaise with college placement cells, TPOs, and manage campus hiring drives.
7. Support onboarding activities, documentation, and employee coordination processes.
8. Utilize Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and other collaboration tools for seamless workflow.
9. Assist HR operations and administrative tasks typical of a startup environment.
10. Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies and employer branding.
