Preparing and automating recurring management reports and KPI dashboards. 2. Collecting, organising, and validating data from ERP, CRM and other enterprise systems. 3. Identifying data trends, gaps, and anomalies and recommending corrective actions. 4. Designing visualisations using Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights. 5. Creating PowerPoint presentations and executive‑level reports for senior stakeholders. 6. Supporting ad‑hoc analytics projects and data‑driven initiatives. 7. Assisting the digital learning and talent analytics team with reporting on training effectiveness. 8. Maintaining documentation of data sources, transformation logic and reporting standards. 9. Continuously improving reporting processes through automation and best‑practice adoption. 10. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
