The HR Recruiter role is a front‑line position that drives the end‑to‑end hiring lifecycle for the company’s client portfolio. As a fresher, you will be mentored by senior talent‑acquisition leads and will quickly gain exposure to the full spectrum of recruitment activities – from market mapping to offer negotiation. Key Responsibilities:
1. Source candidates across multiple job portals such as LinkedIn, Shine, WorkIndia, and niche community boards.
2. Draft and post compelling job advertisements that attract the right talent pool.
3. Conduct initial resume screening and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
4. Schedule and coordinate interview slots between candidates and client hiring teams.
5. Perform telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
6. Carry out background verification and reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
7. Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and generate regular recruitment metrics.
8. Provide onboarding support and orientation for hired candidates joining client organizations.
9. Collaborate with senior recruiters to refine sourcing strategies and improve time‑to‑fill.
10. Contribute to employer branding initiatives by sharing success stories on social media.
Tech Stack & Tools: The role primarily uses applicant tracking systems (such as Zoho Recruit or Freshteam), LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and basic Excel for reporting. Familiarity with HR analytics dashboards is a plus.
Growth Path: Starting as an HR Recruiter, high performers can progress to Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Lead, and eventually Head of Recruitment within 2‑3 years, with opportunities to specialize in niche domains like tech hiring or campus recruitment.
