Key responsibilities include: 1. Develop, configure, and maintain applications that integrate IT and OT systems. 2. Design and implement data pipelines, middleware, and APIs for robust IT/OT integration. 5. Assist in creating secure network architectures for industrial environments, adhering to ISA/IEC 62443 standards. 6. Conduct root‑cause analysis and resolve incidents related to hardware, software, or network layers. 7. Participate in software upgrades, patch management, and comprehensive documentation. 8. Work with edge devices, gateways, and cloud platforms to enable real‑time analytics. 9. Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and industry standards such as ISA‑88 and ISA‑95. 10. Contribute to the development of dashboards and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Grafana. The tech stack for this role typically includes Python, C# or Node.js for application development, SQL/NoSQL databases for data storage, and communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC‑UA, and MQTT for device connectivity. Familiarity with SCADA, MES, and IoT platforms, as well as cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), is highly advantageous.
