The analyst will be responsible for managing, cleaning, and validating large volumes of institutional, course, and CRM data, ensuring that the information feeding into Salesforce and other reporting tools is accurate and up‑to‑date. By maintaining high‑quality data, the analyst enables precise forecasting, effective sales operations, and data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. Key responsibilities include: 1. Collect, clean, validate, and maintain institutional, course, and CRM datasets to guarantee data integrity. 2. Research academic catalogues and university course structures to keep Salesforce opportunities current for accurate forecasting. 3. Curate and update Salesforce opportunities, supporting sales and account management teams in pipeline management. 4. Generate, update, and distribute adoption and opportunity reports to internal stakeholders, including the Sales and Affordable Solutions teams. 5. Perform detailed validation of large datasets using advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and data‑validation techniques. 6. Support virtual selling campaigns by driving lead conversion, reconfirming content adoptions, and tracking campaign outcomes. 7.
