As a member of the team, you will work closely with senior consultants, data scientists, and domain experts to design, develop, and deploy predictive models that help clients anticipate market trends, optimise operations, and improve customer experiences. You will be exposed to end‑to‑end analytics workflows, from data ingestion and cleaning to model validation and visualization, all while using industry‑standard tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect, clean, and preprocess large structured and unstructured datasets from multiple sources.
2. Develop and validate predictive models using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms.
3. Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
4. Build interactive dashboards and visualisations in Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business problems and translate them into analytical solutions.
6. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and trends.
7. Document modelling approaches, assumptions, and results for reproducibility.
8. Participate in code reviews and adopt best practices for version control (Git).
9. Stay updated with emerging tools and techniques in predictive analytics and AI.
10. Contribute to knowledge‑sharing sessions and internal training programs.
Tech Stack: Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, statsmodels), SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Git, Jupyter notebooks, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and basic knowledge of Docker for containerisation.
