Own the end‑to‑end content workflow for the Swiggy app, from research and ideation to production and QA. 3. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to embed UX‑focused copy into every screen and feature. 4. Conduct regular content audits, A/B tests, and data‑driven analysis to continuously improve readability, tone, and conversion rates. 5. Develop and maintain a comprehensive style guide and content taxonomy that scales across multiple product lines. 6. Interface with senior stakeholders and external agencies to present content strategies, gather feedback, and align on business objectives. 7. Leverage AI‑enabled tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Canva to accelerate content creation while ensuring quality and brand consistency. 8. Drive visual storytelling using Figma, ensuring seamless hand‑off between copy and design. 9. Manage high‑volume content calendars, meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced startup environment. 10. Champion a culture of meticulous attention to detail, encouraging peer reviews and rigorous QA processes.
