Configure tables, parameters and business rules in the Total Benefit Administration System based on functional specifications. 2. Collaborate with senior analysts to understand client requirements and translate them into technical configurations. 5. Document configuration steps, test cases and results in clear, concise formats. 6. Assist in preparing automation test scripts where applicable. 7. Identify and troubleshoot configuration issues, escalating critical problems to the technical lead. 8. Maintain adherence to SDLC best practices and quality assurance standards. 9.
