As an Associate Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for client queries, handling inbound calls and emails, recording transaction details, and ensuring that every interaction complies with the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will work closely with internal knowledge bases, process documentation and the RAVE system to maintain high data accuracy and process quality. The position offers a clear growth trajectory – high performers can move to Senior Analyst, Team Lead, and eventually to Managerial roles within the Banking Operations domain. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage day‑to‑day transaction processing for banking and loan‑related services. 2. Respond to client queries via telephone and email, providing accurate and timely solutions. 3. Record, track and update client interactions in the RAVE system and other internal tools. 4. Diagnose issues, perform root‑cause analysis and troubleshoot problems while adhering to SOPs. 5. Escalate complex or unresolved cases to senior analysts or domain experts as per escalation matrix. 6. Maintain comprehensive documentation of queries, actions taken, and resolutions for audit and quality purposes. 7. Ensure compliance with SLAs, quality standards and regulatory requirements. 8. Contribute to knowledge‑base updates and self‑help content to improve future query handling. 9. Participate in regular training sessions, upskill on investment banking loan processes, and stay updated with product changes. 10. Provide feedback on process improvements and assist in continuous improvement initiatives. Tech Stack & Tools: RAVE ticketing system, MS Office Suite, basic SQL for data extraction, internal knowledge‑base portals, and banking domain applications related to loan processing. While deep technical expertise is not mandatory, familiarity with these tools accelerates onboarding. Growth Path: Starting as an Associate Analyst, you can progress to Senior Analyst (after 12‑18 months based on performance), then to Team Lead, Operations Manager, and eventually to domain‑specific leadership roles such as Banking Operations Manager or Client Services Lead.
