Key responsibilities include: 1. Design and develop Power BI dashboards and data visualizations that translate complex data into clear business narratives. 2. Lead end‑to‑end BI development on cross‑functional projects, managing requirements gathering, prototyping, testing, and rollout. 3. Define, document, and enforce enterprise BI standards, best practices, and governance policies. 4. Partner with data engineering teams to support Snowflake data pipelines, ensuring data quality and performance. 6. Technical environment: Microsoft Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, Snowflake, SQL/T‑SQL, stored procedures, data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts. Preferred exposure to Python/R and tools like ServiceNow or Azure DevOps is a plus.
