The Trust & Safety New Associate role sits within Accenture’s Content Moderation practice, a critical function that safeguards online ecosystems by reviewing user‑generated content, identifying policy violations, and ensuring a safe experience for millions of users. As a fresher, you will receive structured training, mentorship, and access to proprietary moderation tools that enable you to make quick, accurate decisions on a wide variety of media – text, images, and videos.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Review and classify content (text, images, videos) against client‑specific policies.
2. Flag or remove spam, explicit, violent, or otherwise prohibited material.
3. Identify and act on personal identifiable information (PII) requests.
4. Support ad‑blocking improvements by reviewing ad‑related content.
5. Escalate complex or ambiguous cases to senior Trust & Safety analysts.
6. Maintain detailed logs and documentation for each moderation action.
7. Participate in regular policy‑update sessions to stay current with evolving guidelines.
8. Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives that boost quality and efficiency.
9. Engage in well‑being programs and peer‑support circles to manage exposure to sensitive content.
10. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (legal, product, engineering) for holistic safety solutions.
Tech Stack: Content moderation dashboard, internal ticketing system, Excel, basic SQL for data pulls, optional Python for scripting repetitive tasks, and familiarity with cloud‑based collaboration tools (Teams, Slack).
