The role of Account Executive – Hi‑Tech is a senior P&L leadership position focused on a strategic, large‑scale account in the high‑technology sector. Reporting to senior leadership, the incumbent will own the end‑to‑end revenue responsibility for the account, driving pipeline creation, deal closure, and long‑term partnership growth. This position sits at the intersection of sales, technology, and delivery, offering a fast‑tracked career path for individuals with deep enterprise sales expertise and a strong technical background.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the full P&L for the strategic Hi‑Tech account, meeting or exceeding revenue, pipeline, and order‑booking targets.
2. Build and nurture C‑level relationships (CXO, CTO, VP) to position Wipro as a trusted AI and technology partner.
3. Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan covering hiring, resourcing, ecosystem development, and service/IP roadmaps.
4. Lead cross‑functional collaboration across Wipro’s CTO, venture, and global business lines to craft compelling, differentiated propositions.
5. Manage contract negotiations, ensuring compliance and safeguarding the interests of the P&L.
6. Drive branding and thought‑leadership initiatives for the account on enterprise social media and industry forums.
7. Mentor and manage a multi‑disciplinary team of sales, solution architects, and delivery leads.
8. Monitor market trends in semiconductor, VLSI, data centers, AI, and foundational models to identify growth opportunities.
9. Report performance metrics to senior leadership and adjust strategies based on data‑driven insights.
10. Champion a culture of innovation, quality, and customer centricity within the account team.
