Assist in resource planning activities, including analyzing project requirements, forecasting resource needs, and identifying potential gaps or conflicts. 2. Collaborate with team members to gather resource availability information, update databases, and maintain accurate records of resource allocations. 3. Support the scheduling and coordination of resources for projects, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project timelines. 4. Monitor and track resource allocation and utilization, providing regular updates and reports to leads and project managers. 5. Identify and resolve resource allocation conflicts, working closely with stakeholders to find suitable resolutions. 6. Contribute to process‑improvement initiatives by suggesting and implementing enhancements to streamline resource‑management workflows. 7. Tech Stack & Tools: Microsoft Excel (advanced), MS PowerPoint, MS Project or similar resource‑management software, basic knowledge of Power BI or Tableau for reporting, and familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint.
