Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 5 years’ experience in onboarding, HR operations, or recruitment management. Demonstrated expertise with ATS, CRM, SuccessFactors RCM, and UAT/system transformation projects. Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel (reporting, analytics). Experience managing high-volume, complex onboarding and compliance processes.
