You will work closely with product owners, UX/UI designers and senior architects to translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions that adhere to modern engineering best practices. Design, develop and maintain end‑to‑end web applications across frontend and backend layers. 2. Build responsive, accessible, high‑performance UI using React, Vue or Angular. 3. Implement server‑side logic, RESTful APIs and database schemas with Django (Python) or equivalent frameworks. 4. Integrate third‑party services, cloud components (AWS/Azure/GCP) and APIs. 5. Optimize applications for performance, reliability and scalability. 6. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards and maintain technical documentation. 7. Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and Jira‑based task tracking. 8. Troubleshoot defects, perform root‑cause analysis and deliver timely fixes. 9. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless user experience. 10. Stay updated with emerging technologies such as WebGL, Three.js, Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Tech Stack: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular, Python, Django, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL or NoSQL (MongoDB), Git, Docker, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Jira. Growth Path: Starting as an Associate Full‑Stack Developer, you can progress to Senior Developer, Tech Lead, and eventually Architecture or Product Management roles within WSP’s expansive global network.
