Any graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized university. No specific branch restriction, though degrees in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Statistics are preferred. Minimum aggregate of 60% (or CGPA 6.0/10) in the final year. No active backlogs at the time of application. Candidates graduating between 2022 and 2026 are eligible. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience can apply.

Growth Path: Starting as an Associate Analyst, high performers can progress to Analyst, Senior Analyst, Consultant, and eventually Manager or Senior Manager within 3‑5 years, depending on performance and skill acquisition.
