Final year students can apply if they can join within 2 months of graduation. Candidates from the 2024‑2026 batch are preferred. Strong communication skills in English required.

As an Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining EY’s trusted collection of go‑to‑market assets, ensuring that content is accurate, up‑to‑date, and delivered on time. You will work closely with a global network of content professionals, leveraging content management tools, GenAI assistants, and basic web technologies to streamline the delivery process. Key responsibilities include: 1. Publish and update web pages using predefined templates, ensuring visual consistency with EY’s brand guidelines. 2. Optimize graphics and imagery for web consumption and improve page load performance. 3. Perform bulk content migrations and updates across Adobe CMS, Workfront and SharePoint. 4. Review auto‑sanitized deliverables, correct errors, and apply metadata changes as required. 5. Apply EY visual identity standards to create an intuitive user experience. 6. Utilize GenAI tools such as EYQ and Copilot to automate repetitive tasks and suggest quality improvements. 7. Communicate status and seek clarification from managers and cross‑functional teams to meet SLAs. 8. Assist in testing new content management workflows and tools before release. 9. The technical stack for this role includes Adobe Experience Manager (CMS), Workfront, SharePoint, Microsoft Office suite, and emerging GenAI platforms.
