The analyst will support end‑to‑end payroll processing for three key APAC markets – India, Australia, and Singapore – ensuring accurate salary disbursement, statutory compliance, and seamless interaction with third‑party payroll vendors such as ADP. Execute the full payroll cycle for APAC countries, including data collection, validation, and submission to vendors. 2. Ensure compliance with regional tax laws, statutory contributions (e.g., Superannuation, CPF) and generate required statutory reports. 5. Collaborate with finance and HR partners to reconcile payroll accounts and address discrepancies. 6. Support year‑end activities such as tax filing, audit preparation, and statutory filings. 7. Prepare and present payroll metrics and dashboards for senior leadership. 8. Participate in process improvement initiatives, automation projects, and system upgrades. 9. Liaise with external vendors (ADP, local tax consultants) to ensure smooth payroll execution. 10. Stay updated on changes in APAC payroll legislation and advise internal stakeholders accordingly.
