As an entry‑level analyst, you will be part of the Outsourcing & Global Capability Centers function, supporting data‑driven initiatives that help clients mitigate risk, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience. You will work on‑site in Hyderabad, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and will rotate through shifts that include five working days followed by two days off. Key responsibilities include: 1. Conducting thorough research and analysis of transactional data to verify accuracy and completeness. 2. Interpreting usage patterns across users, geographies, and other dimensions to uncover trends. 3. Detecting potential fraud, anomalies, and risk indicators within large data sets. 4. Assessing financial and customer‑relationship risks and recommending mitigation strategies. 5. Meeting defined productivity, quality, and accuracy targets on a daily basis. 6. Identifying and proposing improvements to existing operational processes. 7. Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve data‑related issues. 8.
