As a Business Technology Solutions Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team that partners with both internal ZS experts and client stakeholders to design, develop and deploy technology solutions that solve critical business problems. You will translate complex business requirements into technical designs, implement features using best‑practice coding standards, and ensure delivery through agile or waterfall methodologies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with ZS and client teams to understand business challenges and design high‑quality technology solutions. 2. Analyze requirements, create functional specifications and translate them into technical designs. 3. Develop and implement features using Python, SQL and relevant frameworks while adhering to coding standards. 4. Apply agile, waterfall or hybrid development methodologies, including sprint planning, unit testing and continuous integration. 5. Conduct system‑integrated testing, mid‑development client reviews and embedded QA procedures. 6. Mentor junior team members and assist in creating comprehensive project implementation plans. 7. Participate in code reviews, performance tuning and optimization of data pipelines. 8. Stay updated on big‑data concepts, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and emerging productivity tools such as AI‑driven co‑pilot. 9. Travel to client sites or ZS offices as required to facilitate collaboration and delivery. 10. Document solutions, prepare technical documentation and present outcomes to stakeholders.
