Your key responsibilities will include: - Working on software implementation, application support, and basic web application development for client-facing systems. - Understanding client business requirements and translating them into product configurations, workflows, and technical implementation solutions. - Applying fundamentals of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving to troubleshoot and optimize application behavior. - Developing, customizing, and supporting features using Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL. - Working with web technologies such as React.js, Node.js, or FastAPI to support modern web applications (exposure preferred). - Integrating systems using REST APIs and managing data flow across RDBMS and NoSQL databases. - Assisting in deploying, configuring, and supporting applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Troubleshooting implementation and production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact to clients. - Supporting client onboarding, training, and system integrations in a client-facing technical role. - Following security and data protection best practices while handling application data and configurations.
