As a Software Engineer in the CPQ (Configure‑Price‑Quote) team, you will be part of a fast‑moving, Agile‑first environment that builds next‑generation, cloud‑native platforms. The role is centered on creating AI/ML‑powered, API‑first, micro‑services driven solutions that modernise how telecom products are configured, priced and quoted. You will work alongside senior engineers, data scientists and product owners to design, develop and deploy scalable services that run on Azure, AWS or GCP, containerised with Docker and orchestrated by Kubernetes. Key responsibilities include: 1. Assist in refactoring legacy Telco CPQ systems using .NET 8+, C# 12, ASP.NET Core, Java Spring Boot or Quarkus. 2. Develop responsive front‑end modules with Blazor, React, Angular or Vue/Nuxt.js. 3. Implement micro‑services and API‑first designs following industry‑standard patterns. 4. Participate in cloud‑native deployments, writing Helm charts and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. 5. Integrate AI/ML models (including LLMs) into CPQ workflows via Python FastAPI services. 6. Write automated test suites using Playwright, Robot Framework and adopt TDD/BDD practices. 7. Work with diverse databases – MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, GraphDB and VectorDB – to support both transactional and analytical workloads. 8. Identify automation opportunities, especially around generative AI, to improve developer productivity. 9. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 10. Continuously upskill through mentorship, internal training and hands‑on project work. The tech stack spans .NET, C#, Java, Python, React, Angular, Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS/GCP, and a variety of relational and NoSQL databases.
