As a Services Support Associate II, you will act as the backbone of the service‑center, providing high‑quality administrative assistance to senior leaders such as Partners, Principals, Managing Directors, Senior Managers and Managers. The position demands precision, speed, and the ability to juggle multiple stakeholder requests while maintaining Deloitte’s brand standards. Key responsibilities include: 1. Produce accurate administrative deliverables and manage assignments in a fast‑paced environment. 2. Document project activities in workflow tools and ensure compliance with Deloitte branding. 3. Draft, format, and edit business correspondence, presentations, and reports. 4. Coordinate with national and local teams to address stakeholder requests across levels. 5. Provide end‑to‑end support for time‑and‑expense filing, request‑for‑payment processing, Swift, and SharePoint activities. 6. Maintain and update SharePoint sites and internal knowledge repositories. 7. Assist in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar management for senior leadership. 8. Track and report on service‑center metrics and SLA compliance. 9. Conduct internet/intranet research to gather data for ad‑hoc business requests. 10. Participate in rotational shift schedules to ensure 24‑hour coverage. Tech stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SharePoint, SAP/Swift (payables tools), workflow management tools, and basic knowledge of virtual collaboration platforms (Teams, Zoom). Growth path: Starting as an Associate, high performers can progress to Senior Associate, Team Lead, and eventually to Managerial roles within the Administrative Business Center or transition to broader consulting and advisory tracks within Deloitte.
